4. Google Account and Google API Data

Suncoast IQ may allow authorized users to connect supported Google services to their Suncoast IQ account.

Depending on the integrations a user chooses to enable, these services may include:

• Google Business Profile
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Google Ads
• Other Google services that Suncoast IQ may support in the future and that a user explicitly authorizes

Suncoast IQ only accesses Google user data after the user explicitly authorizes access through Google's OAuth authorization process or another Google-approved authorization method.

The specific Google user data that Suncoast IQ can access depends on the Google service connected and the permissions or OAuth scopes authorized by the user.

• Maintain, synchronize, diagnose, and troubleshoot authorized integrations

5. How We Do Not Use Google User Data

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not sell Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, information resellers, or other third parties.

We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, interest-based advertising, personalized advertising, or retargeting.

We do not use Google user data for credit-worthiness determinations, lending decisions, insurance eligibility decisions, or similar purposes.

We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models unrelated to providing the Suncoast IQ functionality requested by the user.

We do not permit humans to read Google user data except when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide or support a feature specifically requested by the user
• Troubleshoot a problem involving the user's account or integration, with appropriate authorization
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
• Comply with applicable law or legal process

6. OAuth Credentials, Tokens, and Connected Accounts

When a user connects a supported Google service or other third-party service, we may securely store authorization information necessary to maintain that connection.

• OAuth refresh tokens
• Granted OAuth scopes

• Property identifiers
• Business Profile location identifiers
• Advertising account identifiers

These credentials and identifiers are used only to authenticate authorized requests, synchronize approved data, maintain integrations, and provide the connected Suncoast IQ functionality requested by the user.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect authentication credentials and other sensitive information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.

7. Revoking or Disconnecting Google Access

Users may revoke Suncoast IQ's access to a Google Account or connected Google service at any time through the applicable Google Account permissions and security settings.

Where Suncoast IQ provides an in-product disconnect feature, users may also disconnect supported integrations through Suncoast IQ.

Revoking authorization prevents Suncoast IQ from making future authorized API requests using that authorization.

Information previously obtained through an authorized integration may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary for reporting continuity, security, backup, legal obligations, or other legitimate operational purposes, unless deletion is requested and applicable law or legitimate obligations require otherwise.
