Show up where your customers are already looking.
We help St. Augustine and St. Johns County businesses improve their visibility on Google Maps and local search — starting with where you actually rank today, not a generic SEO package.
Ranking in one neighborhood is not the same as owning the market.
Local visibility can change dramatically from one part of town to another. We start by seeing the whole picture.
Fix the problem you actually have.
A business that barely appears anywhere needs different work from one that ranks well downtown but disappears a few miles away. We establish the baseline first, then decide what deserves attention.
See where you actually appear.
Map visibility across the areas your customers are searching from.
Find the real constraint.
Profile setup, weak pages, missing services, reviews and local relevance all create different problems.
Work from evidence, not an SEO checklist.
Prioritize the changes most likely to improve visibility and customer discovery.
Local search is more than adding keywords to a page.
The strongest local visibility usually comes from three things working together: a credible Google presence, a website that clearly explains your services and locations, and proof that real customers trust you.
Google Business Profile
Categories, services, hours, photos, business information and profile quality all affect how Google understands your business and how customers evaluate it.
Services, locations & structure
Search engines need clear pages that explain what you do, where you do it and how your services relate. Missing pages are often missing opportunities.

Visibility only matters if the customer chooses you once they find you. Reviews build confidence, and good lead capture makes sure the opportunity does not disappear after the click.
Benchmark. Fix. Build. Measure.
Local SEO should be understandable enough that you can see what changed and why the work is being done.
Benchmark
Establish current map visibility, search presence and the condition of your Google Business Profile and website.
Fix
Clean up the foundational issues that make it harder for Google or customers to understand the business.
Build
Add the service, location and supporting content that creates more useful opportunities to appear.
Measure
Track how visibility changes and connect the work back to the actual enquiries reaching your business.
Built for businesses whose customers search nearby.
Local SEO is most valuable when geography matters to the buying decision. If customers regularly search for your service plus a city, neighborhood or “near me,” local visibility deserves attention.
A few things worth knowing before you invest in local SEO.
Can you guarantee that I will rank number one?
No. Google controls its search results, and an honest SEO provider should not promise a specific ranking. What we can do is establish where you stand today, improve the factors within our control and measure how your visibility changes over time.
What is the difference between Google Maps and regular search results?
Local searches often include a map section as well as the traditional organic results below it. Your Google Business Profile, reviews, proximity and local relevance play a larger role in Maps, while your website also contributes to both local and organic visibility.
Do I need a Google Business Profile if I already have a website?
For most local businesses, yes. Your website and Google Business Profile solve different parts of the customer journey and generally work best together.
Do I need a new website before starting SEO?
Not necessarily. Many existing sites can be improved without a full rebuild. If the current structure, speed or content is genuinely limiting what can be accomplished, we'll explain why before recommending a larger website project.
How long does local SEO take?
It depends on your starting point, market and competition. Some improvements can be made immediately, while meaningful search movement is typically something to evaluate over months rather than days. The important part is having a measurable baseline so progress can be judged against where you started.
